means "God Has Shown Himself Mightily." This is
the Archangel that appeared to Mary and also is
credited with dictating the Koran to Mohammed.
Some traditions hold that Gabriel is a feminine
energy and depict her as female because of
Gabriel's high call to compassion and speaking
the truth in Love.
Therefore
it is not surprising that Gabriel is associated
with annunciation, humanity, mercy, revelation,
truth, and hope. Gabriel is the bringer of good
news and heralds the revealing of answers and is
the Patron Saint of Communications
Workers.
